Parent Support Services & Well Being

At St Erth school we value the well-being of our children as a priority and have created a happy, safe and caring environment for them to succeed and do their best. However, we are also aware that, at times of difficulty, children and their families may need some extra help, not just from us but from a wider range of sources, such as the Early Help Hub, Family Support, Health Visitors and the School Nurse team.

There is a lot of help available to parents and carers of children and young people and the link below will take you to the Cornwall Council website where you will be able to find lots of information and contact details for the various support that the council offers.

The school also has a Family Support Worker, Christine King, who is available for an informal telephone chat to discuss with you any issues you may have. She will be able to signpost a multitude of support services available through the Early Help Hub such as the school nurse, parenting support and Child and Adult Mental Health Services.  If you would like to book an appointment let the school know and we can pass your details on to her so that she can phone you.
