Pupil Leadership at St Erth Primary School
At St Erth, we are proud to grow confident young leaders. At the start of this year, children prepared and delivered speeches to their class, who then voted for their representatives. Those elected are proud to represent their peers and their school.
Our leaders will take part in six meetings throughout the year, sharing ideas from their classes on key topics that matter to our school community. This is part of our commitment to developing leadership opportunities and ensuring every child’s voice is heard.
Through this work, children learn about democracy, respect, and responsibility which are key British Values and play an active role in shaping school life.
